I'm pointing at absolutely nothing.

Why would I do that? Isn't that the behavior of a crazy person?

Nah. (Well, maybe.) It's because nothing is my favorite thing. I love the thought of starting from nothing—a blank document that becomes a meaningful graphic, a website built from scratch (like this one), or a fresh Moleskine notebook that will soon fill up with sketches, which become storyboards, which become animated stories.

Starting from nothing is the most wonderfully terrifying thing. And I'm here for it.

A Kansas City creative, generally.

(Hey, I needed an H1, sorry it's so bland. Blame the SEO nerds.)
I've done a thing or two. Creative direction, motion graphics, branding, web design, app design, copywriting...I'm not one to be pigeonholed. That work has run the client gamut, from The Roasterie to H&R Block, Waddell & Reed, and dozens more across the industry spectrum. This is just a smattering, but hopefully you can get a good read on my capabilities from my career history and some select work you can see here.
Kansas City. Okay, I know that's not what you're after. You want to see my work history. Fair enough—click below. What I lack in quantity of agencies, I make up for (in my opinion) with the variety of roles & responsibilities I've had. From my first day as a working stiff to this very day, I've had three unwavering considerations when it comes to my professional life: what I want to do, what I'm good at doing, and how those things can positively impact my employer and its clients. As long as I can always address those points, the rest falls into place.
